Yolanda J. Hendricks-Roach
Founder & Principal
Yolanda brings 34+ years of experience spanning 21 years of U.S. Army service and operational support roles across 18 Intelligence Community agencies, including ODNI, NGA, and senior DoD programs. Her background spans human capital modernization, program governance, workforce transformation, operational modernization, data-informed decision support, and executive operations support at the national level.
She holds an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph and is currently completing a Master of Science in AI and Business Analytics at the University of South Florida. BG4Y reflects her career-long operating principle: that the most effective support comes from practitioners who have worked inside these environments — not from the outside looking in.
